Industry Engagement:

  • Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and networking functions, showcasing our capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and acquisition strategies to drive innovative approaches to federal contracting.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, acquisition strategies, and contract vehicles, including 8(a) and tribal preference programs.

Skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless drive to win and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced capture management expertise, including opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, and proposal leadership.

  • Achievement of ambitious annual revenue growth targets in the civilian agency marketplace.
  • Development and execution of winning strategies that secure high-value contracts.
  • Establishment of deep, trusted relationships with key civilian agency leaders and industry partners.
  • Creation of a sustainable pipeline of high-priority opportunities.
  • Strengthened reputation of the company as an innovative, entrepreneurial leader in the federal civilian market.

Position Details

  • Location: Reston, VA and hybrid.
  • Travel Requirements: 30-40% to client sites, agency meetings, and industry events.
