Job Description
Experienced framer/carpenter. Must have at least 4 years experience on job sites. Must be able to walk walls and help set trusses. Must be able to read and understand prints/plans to assist in layout etc. Must have own basic hand tools and transportation, reliability is the key (able to show up every day scheduled for work unless prior approval for absence is discussed). We build extreme custom homes, duplexes and other structures including post frame designs. Ability to think on your feet and adapt to the situation, ability to work outside even in the cold as we will build during the winter months at times. Knowledge of bearing points and how to properly frame critical areas a must.
