As the Digital Progress Manager - 4.0 Leader, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation journey. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of our digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to understand digital needs and find areas for enhancement.
- Drive the implementation of digital solutions and technologies, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance
- Oversee the integration of digital tools and systems, optimizing efficiency and productivity across the organization
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks, finding innovative solutions to ensure project success
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in digital technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Engineering role, with a proven track record of successfully implementing digital initiatives
- Extensive knowledge of digital tools and systems, along with a thorough understanding of widely accepted approaches in the industry
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to determine root causes and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
