This role is responsible for running equipment to process chemical batches by following standard formulas, applicable instructions and current standard operating procedures. What You Will Do: Review daily production schedules and ensures the raw materials required are available Follow process instructions and accurately adds raw materials to reactors Perform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consults with Quality personnel on any batch adjustments. Properly cleans out reactors Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product Transferring product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums etc. Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance Manage Autonomous Maintenance activities Understand and performs Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO) Complete paperwork and enter batch information into SAP Perform other duties as assigned Position Details: Plant location: Fresno, TX Work week and shift: 12-hour rotational DuPont shift Compensation package offered: $27.00 / hour Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 1 year of manufacturing plant experience No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team 1 year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately complete related documents. 1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, perform pH tests) Annual or Hourly Compensation Range: $25.00 - $27.00 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime.
