Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Agent in Austin, TX and surrounding areas.

 

Apartment Leasing Consultant Required Skills:

• At least 6 months of Apartment Leasing or Related experience.
• Familiarity with Tax credit/Section 8, fair housing laws, property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, RESMEN, ETC is a PLUS.
• Excellent sales skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information.
• Reliable means of transportation
• Office skills: customer service, typing, clerical, computer, telephone, & Data entry.

Apartment Leasing Consultant Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Greet visitors (residents, future residents, and internal team members)
• Answer inquiries by phone and email.
• Follow up with leads, scheduling tours and helping future residents.
• Collect application fees, deposits, and rent.
• Prepare leasing documents.
• Prepares move-in / move-out notices, inspections, or procedures.
• Abide by Fair Housing Law while providing unmatched customer service.
