Job Description
Grocery store Distribution Center in Saxonburg, PA is seeking Warehouse Associates.
Part-time Associates: $22.25
Full-time Associates:
$19.25/hr. - Monday through Friday work
$20.75/hr. - a rotating schedule which encompasses every-other weekend worked
$22.25/hr. - a rotating schedule which encompasses 2 of every 3 weekends worked
Primary Job Responsibilities:
**Selectors: First Shift**
The pay structure is outlined above.
Their days start at 7a.m. - they conclude anywhere from 6.0 - 9.5 hours after the start time.
Overtime is time and a half after 8.0 hours each day, and 40 hours after each week.
Safety Bonus is paid out each month if there are no safety violations - 2% of their total take-home pay.
Selection associates are building the pallets by handling many cases of products and building the pallets, wrapping the pallets and parking them in the appropriate staging lane.
Dry or Perishable positions available - perishable work in the cooler and freezer - all PPE is supplied aside from Steel-Toe Boots.
Physical work.
They learn how to operate a pallet jack, straddle stacker and tugger.
Associates must be accurate and efficient..
**Receivers - 3rd Shift**
Start out at $24.25/hr.
This position is a 3rd shift position that starts at 11pm.
Schedule is rotating based on a 3-week rotating schedule.
Must be able to work in dry and perishable departments.
Least physical position - they check in the products overnight, as well as operate fork lifts the majority of their shifts.
The shift end time is variable, anywhere from 6.0 hours - 9.5 hours.
Most technical position - incredibly important to be able to be accurate and focused.
