Are you passionate about education and ready to make a difference in students' lives? We're looking for dedicated educators to join our pool, where you can select the teaching opportunities that best align with your certification as they become available through our school and district partnerships. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, following the school district's academic calendar. Immediate start dates are available based on placement opportunities after completing the application process and training.
We work alongside hundreds of schools across the United States to ensure all students have access to quality education, no matter their circumstances. As an educator, you'll provide virtual academic instruction, helping students succeed and complete their courses with confidence.
As an educator, you will:
Gain access to an educator portal where you can choose the assignments that best match your qualifications and preferences.
Foster creativity and excitement in a virtual classroom environment.
Develop strategies to engage students, build relationships, and promote active learning.
Plan and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum.
Track student performance and maintain accurate grade records.
What We're Looking For:
A current, valid teaching certification from a state in the United States (in one of the subject areas we support).
A minimum of 3 years of professional teaching experience.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Participation in a Virtual Skills Teaching Demonstration, as well as a background check during the application process.
A laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
Previous experience in online teaching is a plus, but not required.
