Position Overview:
As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients by managing various tasks and responsibilities. This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage calendars and scheduling.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries.
Oversee social media management and engagement.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations.
Handle invoicing and manage payment processing.
Prepare and submit expense reports.
Provide excellent client care and support.
Assist with light event planning and coordination.
Organize and manage email correspondence.
Help create and maintain procedural documents.
Manage newsletters for distribution.

Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
Fully equipped home office, including:
A computer with the full version of MS Office 365.
High-speed internet access.
A smartphone with email capability.
A computer with a functioning webcam for virtual meetings.
Strong proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software).
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Note:
This is a 1099 contractor position.
The role is fully remote.
A background check is required prior to contracting.
We are looking for candidates available during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Please note that this position is not project-based and cannot be done alongside a full-time job.
