Traveling Retail Superintendent

Overview:

iRiS Construction Recruiting is seeking Traveling Retail Superintendents to oversee remodel projects for major clients. These are 3-month projects requiring night work and frequent regional travel, with opportunities to return home regularly.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000 base, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage retail remodel projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders.
• Conduct quality control inspections and maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare daily logs and reports to track progress.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, specifically retail remodels.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to travel regionally with a home base in SC, NC, GA, or Eastern TN.
• Comfortable with night shifts and short-duration projects.
