O'Brien Interiors Group Seeks Traveling Project Manager for Senior Division

Join our team and oversee senior community construction projects across Michigan and neighboring states!

About the Role:

As a Senior Division Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing complex construction projects from start to finish. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams in the successful completion of construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial controls.
• Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owners' representatives, and subcontractors.
• Manage safety risks and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Review and award subcontractor proposals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
• Monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Minimum 5years of experience in construction management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, including scheduling, cost control, and quality management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Iowa, and Kentucky.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Suite, Project, Procore, Open Space, and SmartSheet.
