Job Posting: Summer Adventure Guide

Dates : June 30 – July 20, 2025
Location : Western U.S. (California, Arizona, Nevada)
Program : Adventure, Service, and Cultural Exploration

Pay Structure:

• $375/day + TIP (based on performance and experience)

About the Position

We’re looking for dynamic and responsible leaders with:

• A passion for experiential learning, travel, and mentoring teens.
• Experience working with youth aged 12–17 in educational, outdoor, or camp settings .
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and stamina for active days and long hours.
• Familiarity with Arizona, California, and Nevada landscapes .
• College graduate

Key Responsibilities

As a Summer Adventure Guide, you will:

• Lead outdoor activities and hikes in iconic locations, including Zion, the Grand Canyon, and Yosemite.
• Facilitate city explorations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, and Sedona .
• Oversee service projects, fostering meaningful learning and community impact.
• Ensure participant safety and well-being, providing first aid if needed.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Zion, the Grand Canyon, and Yosemite National Parks.
• Familiarity with San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Sedona.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (Wilderness First Aid preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Passion for outdoor adventure, cultural exploration, and youth development.
• Interest in service work and willing to make an impact.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary, along with meals, accommodations, and travel expenses during the program.
