Your Role: Technology Recruiter

As a Technology Recruiter , you’ll be at the heart of our talent strategy, identifying and engaging top-tier tech professionals. Your role is pivotal in ensuring we deliver outstanding candidates to our clients and an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Use online platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, networking events, and industry partnerships to attract the best tech talent.
• Candidate Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with candidates, providing expert guidance and support throughout their job search.
• Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a high-quality database of candidates.
• Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit to align them with the right opportunities.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and hiring demands to optimise sourcing strategies and be a market expert in your area.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our delivery team and consultants to understand client needs and deliver the best talent for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or Recruiter, ideally within the tech industry.
• Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards etc.)
• Knowledge of tech roles such as; software development, Data engineering, Software Architecture and project management.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
