Technical Writer / Labeling Specialist

12 Month Contract

Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Technical Writer (Labeling Specialist) to assist with a large backlog of high priority projects. The work will include investigation and production of a large volume of labels to be created for the Diagnostics Division, which includes cancer screening and virus detection, among others. The ideal candidate will have experience with experience with Desktop Publishing software, FrameMaker, InDesign, MadCap Flare / XML, as well as skilled at creating and improving IFU's and experience with labeling. Experience working in regulated environment is also important.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience specializing as a Technical Writer or Labeling Specialist

• Experience creating IFU's and labeling

• Skilled with the use of FrameMaker, InDesign, MadCap Flare, and XML

• Exceptional communication skills required, written and verbal

• Medical device experience highly preferred
