Job Description

Allied Resources is hiring a Superintendent to oversee construction contractor crews on a variety of projects in the commercial and healthcare sectors within the Greater Philadelphia area. This is a direct hire position providing excellent base compensation up to $135k, project mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading, planning, and project execution.
• Attend management meetings, reviews, and project walks.
• Work closely with field leadership on projects to provide a safe construction site.
• Use Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office to manage project documents, track progress, and generate reports.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and client requirements.
• Identify changes in design sets, manage pricing for scope, and assist with the generation and tracking of RFIs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial or healthcare construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is required.
• Willingness to work night shifts as needed, particularly for healthcare projects.
