Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Structural Welders to join our team in Lafayette, IN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, with a focus on stainless and carbon steel. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural welding on various projects, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety regulations.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Conduct welding operations on stainless and carbon steel materials.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute welding tasks.
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience welding in the field.
• Proficiency in welding stainless and carbon steel.
• Ability to pass a plate test on stainless and carbon steel.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
