A slice of elevated “Up North” atmosphere in store! If customer service and hospitality are your passion, join us as Store Manager of To The Nines gift shops in beautiful Manitowish Waters. With three storefronts and an extensive retail website, we offer a variety of carefully selected items showcasing the Northwoods lifestyle with an upscale twist.

Seasonal Schedule: Spend summer tourism season at the Manitowish Waters shop, and the rest of the year at our Kenosha County offices with monthly visits to the shop. Housing in Manitowish Waters is provided.

Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee store staff including employee scheduling, monitoring staffing needs, as well as training and onboarding new hires.

  • Assess employee performance and deliver reviews.

  • Manage store inventory by ensuring shipments received are accurate, processing transfers and damages and taking physical inventories.

  • Prepare recurring sales reporting, reviewing regularly to support styling, purchasing and marketing needs.

  • Ensure buildings and grounds are pristine, well-organized and fully operational.

  • Provide backup coverage for all positions and support to EAU director and Corporate HQ.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of retail management experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Summer weekend, holiday and availability a must.
