The Store Manager will oversee all customer service and warehouse operations at this location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, customer service, logistics, inventory management, and team leadership. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing associates to superior levels of customer service, ensuring the efficient flow of products through the warehouse, and maintaining accurate inventory records, while working closely with our customers and sales team in parallel.

Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maximizing sales by directing the inside sales team in a manner that provides customers with prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Solicit orders, sell company products, and represent company in accordance with company policies and values.
- Manage inside sales/counter sales team to provide product training and knowledge as well as customer service.
- Coordinate with outside sales team to provide industry leading customer support and satisfaction.
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, production, and customer service to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Reviews associate time records for clocking accuracy and correct all missed punches.
- Ensure store vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and daily/monthly inspections are completed properly.
- Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Store Manager Requirements: - High school diploma or GED, with 5+ years' experience in inside sales, required.
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics or a related field, preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with inside sales centered on the parts/commercial truck market, is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.
