About this Opportunity:

This is a contract, project-based opportunity for an experienced Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and engaging top talent, collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a positive and engaging candidate and client experience.

Qualifications Needed:

• Demonstrated experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, with experience in senior management roles.
• Expertise in recruiting for professional services businesses, with a strong understanding of the industry’s talent needs.  
• Excellent sourcing skills, including the ability to attract passive candidates through strategic outreach.  
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior-level professionals and stakeholders.  
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing high-priority projects.
• Well-versed with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.  
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote, project-based environment.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful placements for senior and executive-level positions.  
• Familiarity with the professional services industry and non-profits, with an understanding of the leadership qualities that drive success in both sectors.
• Experience with executive search firms or similar high-level recruitment environments.  

Other Details:

• This is a remote-based position, US-based candidates only please.
• Candidates must be able to flex with various time zones and accommodate candidates primarily on the East coast.
• Available to work 20-30 hours/week on a per-project basis.
