FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER FOR MEDICAL IMAGING DEVICE

What You’ll Do:

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL IMAGING DEVICE SERVICE AND REPAIR

Summary/ Objectives

We seek an experienced Service Engineer to maintain and repair Siemens MRI / CT.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in the repair of diagnostic imaging equipment specific to Siemens MR/CT
• Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to resolve problems, think analytically and communicate professionally in high-pressure, time-sensitive customer environments.
• Perform Scheduled preventative maintenance that includes calibrations and verifications of system specifications.
• Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment to perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Accurately document all service activities by the Company Quality Standards.
• Submitting field service reports in a timely and according to functional standards.
• Communicate with the Director of Service and Customer.
• Manage and Maintain company assets required to perform all necessary job functions.
• Work on our parts system of cataloging all parts in the warehouse
• Work on project management for our installs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required

• Some College or Degree Preferred

• Minimum three years of work experience, preferably in the medical electronics field or experience in a specific modality.

• Experience in servicing diagnostic imaging equipment, Siemens MR/CT

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability in the use of hand and power tools.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

• Must be a self-starter.

• Must be willing to work in a team environment.

• Must be willing to travel overnight as needed.

• Must be willing to be available for calls during off hours.
