Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, the School Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive and efficient front office experience. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, answering phone calls, greeting guests, and supporting day-to-day operations of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
Manage incoming emails and correspondence.
Maintain and update student records and files.
Handle attendance records, including check-ins and check-outs for students.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for school staff.
Ensure the front office area is tidy and organized.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Support the administration team with special projects and school events as needed.
Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
Support classrooms as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (experience in a school setting is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic office software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
A warm, welcoming, and patient demeanor.
