Job Title: SAP BASIS Developer Lead

Location: Lisle, IL (Onsite 3-4 days per week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Developer Lead to oversee the development and optimization of our SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP architecture, extensive hands-on development experience, and a proven track record of leading technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BASIS solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP modules and ensure seamless system performance.
• Oversee system configurations, custom developments, and enhancements to optimize SAP functionalities.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP BASIS developers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve complex system issues.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP development, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and patch implementations with minimal downtime.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and custom developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in SAP BASIS development, with a focus on system architecture and custom solutions.
• Proven leadership experience in managing SAP technical teams and projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules integration and data flow processes.
• Proficiency in performance tuning, system monitoring, and troubleshooting complex SAP issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in BASIS or related modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and implementations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and SAP cloud solutions.
