What We're Looking For:
Previous sales experience is highly preferred.
Computer literacy and excellent organizational skills.
High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Proof of automobile liability insurance upon hire.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: Starting at $25 per hour.
Annual Earnings: Full-time agents who meet sales goals can expect to earn between $90,300 and $110,400 annually. And best of all, commissions are uncapped—if you exceed your goals, your earnings are limitless!
