Job Description

Our client seeks a Director of Marketing to determine and oversee the strategic brand marketing and public relations for a top restaurant group with both national and international locations. Candidates need a background in fine dining.

Restaurant Marketing Director Qualifications:

• Analyze and clarify the strengths and weaknesses of the restaurant brand
• Build a comprehensive marketing plan and budget
• Assign goals and responsibilities for each team member
• Identify and understand customer metrics and segmentation (age, geography, first time or repeat, party size, etc.)

Restaurant Marketing Director Responsibilities and Benefits:

• Maintain good communication with marketing and restaurant teams
• Build and continue positive relations with partner restaurants and partner PR agencies
• Meet with CEO weekly
• Work with consultants and operations to improve social media ratings
• Ideation, creation and scheduling of activity calendar
• Plan and oversee development of content/news which can be used in all marketing channels and tactical avenues
• Improve search engine optimization
