Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Refrigeration Supervisor to join our team. As a Refrigeration Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems, ensuring that they are operating at maximum efficiency and safety. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preventative maintenance of refrigeration systems, ensuring they are operating at maximum efficiency and safety.
- Manage a team of technicians, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
- Conduct inspections of refrigeration systems to identify potential issues and ensure they are addressed before they become major problems.
- Ensure all maintenance logs are up-to-date and accurate.
- Oversee the repair of refrigeration systems, including motor repairs and HVACR maintenance.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Lead and motivate the refrigeration team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ammonia refrigeration maintenance and repair.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of technicians.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and inspections of refrigeration systems.
- Knowledge of motor repairs and HVACR maintenance.
- Ability to maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
