As a Recruiter at SWE Homes LP, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process, sourcing exceptional candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants, and helping us hire top talent that aligns with our values and business goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and Build Talent Pipeline: Utilize a wide range of recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking to attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and manage the interview process to assess candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within the company.
  • Manage Candidate Experience: Take ownership of the entire candidate journey from initial contact to final offer, ensuring a smooth, engaging process that reflects our commitment to both professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs, create effective job postings, and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to each role.
  • Onboard New Hires: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new team members feel welcome and have everything they need to thrive in their new role.
  • Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Keep up to date with industry trends and employment laws to ensure compliance in every stage of recruitment. Provide guidance to hire managers on best practices, and ensure all hiring practices are consistent with regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment, managing both exempt and non-exempt roles in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience recruiting within a real estate or investment-related industry is highly preferred.
  • Skills & Qualifications: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-energy setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in screening candidates, tracking progress, and managing records.
  • Technology Savvy: Comfortable using online platforms like Teams and Zoom for virtual meetings, and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
