Job Summary:
As an AI Recruitment Specialist at RealVoice AI you will be at the forefront of building a team and at the forefront of the AIdriven recruitment process. Youll manage the fullcycle recruitment leveraging our unique AI technology to attract assess and hire top talent for our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about AI highly organized and passionate about finding the right fit for both our company and our candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the AIdriven full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

• Utilize our AI system to engage with and qualify leads for various

  positions.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.

• Demonstrate our revolutionary AI voice technology to potential

  candidates.

• Manage and maintain our AIpowered applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

• Coordinate and participate in techfocused recruitment events and career

  fairs.

• Provide feedback to help improve our AIdriven recruitment process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial AIpowered contact to

  onboarding.

  Qualifications:

• Proven Experience in Recruitment Sales Customer Service or a related field (preferred but not required).

• Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up diligently with

  candidates.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced startup

  environment.

Compensation:
This is a salaried position of $2200 upon completing our trial period.
