"We are seeking a Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel/contract assignment in Farmington, ME 04938 . Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply."

Job Details:

• Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week

• Weekly Pay Rate: $1330 - $1400

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions to develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve motor skills, coordination, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies for continued progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• License: Active OT license (or eligibility).
• Experience: 1+ year of occupational therapy experience.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.

Travel & Local Considerations:

• Candidates outside a 50-mile radius qualify for travel pay.
