Project Coordinator - Technical Deployment Emerging Tech is proud to partner with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to support the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) initiative. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment of technical solutions that will modernize and improve healthcare delivery for our nation’s veterans. What You'll Do: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the EHRM-IO Deployment Coordination team. Your responsibilities will include: Documenting scope and requirements for deployment-related projects and tasks Leading small project teams to create project artifacts, documentation, presentations, and briefings to support technical deployment goals Coordinating with cross-functional teams within EHRM-IO and external VA stakeholders to drive tasks to completion Developing and implementing new processes to address client and team needs Identifying and escalating risks, issues, and blockers to the Team Lead to ensure timely resolution Supporting various deployment activities as required to achieve the EHRM mission What You'll Bring: 10+ years of professional work experience in project management or a related field Proven experience managing Information Technology (IT) related projects Strong knowledge of life cycle and project management methodologies Experience in tracking costs, schedules, and performance progress Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline Note: An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference: Experience working within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or similar federal agencies Experience in implementing electronic health records (EHR) or other large-scale healthcare IT systems Why Join Emerging Tech?
