Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Assistant to join their team. As a Production Assistant, you will be supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a willingness to learn.

Job Title: Production Assistant - 3rd shift

Location: Kentwood, MI

Pay Range: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assigns daily tasks and responsibilities to floor personnel.
• Supervises floor activity to ensure that work is being efficiently and properly completed.
• Assists the supervisor in any way necessary to support the production effort.
• Reports potential unsafe conditions to management.
• Monitors the floor personnel in the absence of supervisory personnel.

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• The ability to perform required job skills by successfully performing one or more in-house administered practical evaluations.
• Demonstrated responsibility in a position of trust.
