Job Description

The Product Operations Intern will work under the Product Program Manager. The team's main focus areas are Process Standardization, Agile Training & Support, Roadmaps, Financial Tracking & Reporting, and Employee Engagement. You would join the team and help scale across these areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Product team processes, operational efficiency, and essential resources.
  • Develop standard Product Performance Dashboards and operational processes of Dashboards.
  • Help establish and improve processes to implement financial and performance modeling across all products and new innovations to account for pricing models.
  • Design initiatives to help promote team culture and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's degree program in Business Management, Advertising, Product Management, or related field of study
  • Return to school in Fall 2025 to complete degree
  • Knowledge in Agile or Marketing, Salesforce a plus
  • Knowledge of multiple Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence is a plus)
