Job Description
It's technically a split job of social media, branding and marketing for weddings and private events and handling some sales presentations/appointments for weddings and other events with potential clients. The branding and social media go hand in hand with the consultations. Creating content to stories to showing our brand in new ways, capturing the essence which makes our reputation come to life. Ensuring our overall brand is being represented in the best way possible on all platforms including our internal client meeting packets.
Wedding and Event experience a major plus!!!
Attend some networking events or work an occasional bridal event (expected 2 to 3 per month)
Expected work schedule (40-45 hours) is flexible, depending on skills and areas of expertise. Some early nights and regular Saturdays are required as we are mostly a night and weekend business. Most time is in the office, sometime visiting events as well as working at times from home.
10 Full PTO. Medical can either be 1/2 your individual coverage costs, but only up to $400 reimbursement per month.
It would be a base salary (depending on experience and skills) plus monthly/quarterly bonuses for sales "closing appointments" as well as social media goals of engagement and reach can be up to $10-$20K additional per year
