Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Revenue Cycle Manager, the position is responsible to pre-billing responsibilities for all programs operated out of clinics. The Pre-Billing Specialist reviews the patient care report (PCR) for clarity of patient demographics, billing information, supporting documentation, and information surrounding the patient encounter prior to transferring the report to the Patient Business Services Department for timely billing. 

Qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with healthcare insurance or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Medical Terminology required.

Salary Range: $15.74 - $21.67
