Position: Plant Maintenance Manager
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $95k - $115k plus bonuses
Requirements: 5+ years experience in a manufacturing plant environment, specific experience in CMMS industrial electrical systems, controls and devices, mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, mathematics, welding, machining, cutting etc. Lean Manufacturing Practices / Six Sigma.

We are in search of an experienced Multi-Craft Plant Maintenance Manager with hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing plant environment. Ideal candidate has a proven track record of effective leadership and successful planning and execution of plant maintenance operations.

Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing workers performing various plant activities, such as equipment setup, installation, repair, maintenance, and optimization of plant and machinery. Monitor subordinates job performance and ensure quality standards are met. Responsible for procedures and safety protocol training. As maintenance manager you will supervise daily work schedules, capital projects and Computer Maintenance Management Software.

Qualifications
5+ years experience in a manufacturing plant environment required, specific experience in CMMS, industrial electrical systems, controls and devices, mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, mathematics, welding, machining, cutting etc. Lean Manufacturing Practices / Six Sigma.
