Your Responsibilities:

• Lead Maintenance Operations: Supervise and manage the plant maintenance team to ensure the reliability of all plant equipment and facilities in a 24/7 operation across 3 shifts.
• Build Maintenance Systems: Establish and implement a robust preventive and predictive maintenance program to minimize downtime and enhance the efficiency of the plant’s operations.
• Team Development: Oversee the training and development of your maintenance team, ensuring they are equipped to handle day-to-day challenges.
• Third-Party Management: Manage third-party service providers to ensure all external maintenance support aligns with our operational goals.
• Schedule Maintenance: Develop and manage the maintenance schedule, ensuring timely and effective maintenance across all shifts.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Leader: You have hands-on experience supervising plant maintenance teams and are skilled in developing and managing maintenance systems.
• Technical Expertise: You have a solid background in establishing predictive and preventive maintenance systems in a plant setting.
• Training & Development: Train and develop maintenance staff to enhance their skills and ensure smooth plant operations.
• Third-Party Management: Oversee third-party service providers to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Scheduling: Manage and maintain the maintenance schedule across all shifts.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in plant maintenance, with experience supervising teams and establishing maintenance systems.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Certification: CMRP certification preferred but not required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
