Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department We are actively seeking highly motivated and experienced Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team on a locum tenens basis. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to a large volume of patients experiencing a wide range of medical emergencies. Working alongside a dedicated team of nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals, you'll ensure timely and effective interventions for every patient who enters our doors. Why Choose Us? This ensures access to advanced diagnostics and treatments for your patients. Uninterrupted Coverage: Experience a well-staffed environment with 48 hours of physician coverage and 24/7 APP coverage, guaranteeing consistent and uninterrupted patient care. Who You Are Board certified (BC) or board prepared (BP) in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM). Active Florida medical license is mandatory. Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required. A passion for emergency medicine, a commitment to providing exceptional patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. You possess strong clinical skills and experience managing a diverse range of medical emergencies, including those specific to trauma. Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are necessary for making critical decisions under pressure. Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
