Walker Tape is hiring a NetSuite Administrator to join our team!

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated NetSuite Administrator to oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform aligns with our operational needs and strategic goals. Once youre hired, youll receive 44 hours of paid time off. After your six-month anniversary, youll earn an additional 60 hours of PTO. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Administer, manage, and optimize the NetSuite ERP system, including user access, roles, permissions, and configurations.

• Ensure system security, stability, and functionality to support business operations.

• Customize NetSuite fields, forms, records, workflows, and dashboards to meet business operations.

• Develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and enhancements in collaboration with internal teams.

• Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions to enhance reliability.

• Collaborate with various departments to gather and investigate requirements for system enhancements and changes.

• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

• Create and maintain documentation of NetSuite processes, customizations, and configurations.

• Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite features and functionalities.

• Stay up to date with NetSuite updates, releases, and best practices, and recommend improvements to maximize system efficiency.

• Assist in data migration, system integrations, and other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.

• Deep understanding of NetSuite ERP functionality, including configuration, customization, and integration.

• Proficiency in custom records, saved searches, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScript.

• Experience with data migration, system integration, and third-party applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Work on-site in our facility located in West Jordan, UT

• Previous experience working with NetSuite in a manufacturing environment is required .

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the production floor for extended periods.

• Capability to life materials and equipment up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
