Our Client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join their IT team. This role will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the NetSuite ERP system to align with business needs. The administrator will work closely with finance, shared services, operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and enhance system performance.

This is an in-person position, requiring five days per week in the office to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NetSuite’s manufacturing functionality, including Work Orders, Work in Process (WIP), average costing, and assembly builds with Bill of Materials (BOMs).

Primary Responsibilities:NetSuite Administration:

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and support of the NetSuite ERP system with a focus on local S&D plant operations while also supporting global operations.

• Gather business requirements, create functional and technical specifications, and implement NetSuite changes following change management and version control procedures.

• Provide hands-on support, working closely with users on the operations floor in a manufacturing environment.

• Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows to enhance system efficiency.

• Manage help desk tickets, prioritize issues, and work with end-users to ensure seamless platform operation.

• Support efforts to reduce system complexity and minimize customizations.

• Oversee user account management, including roles, permissions, and security settings, ensuring compliance with SOX and Segregation of Duty guidelines.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement system enhancements and process improvements.

System Integration:

• Partner with IT and external vendors to integrate NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications.

• Support EDI/Boomi integrations by working closely with the Boomi team to ensure smooth data flow across platforms.

• Troubleshoot and support Shopify integrations, including reporting and issue resolution.

Business Process Support:

• Work with finance, shared services, supply chain, operations, and production teams to align NetSuite functionality with business objectives.

• Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve productivity.

Training and Documentation:

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proficiency in NetSuite usage.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for system processes, customizations, and integrations.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure system compliance with SOX 404 standards, IT General Controls, and Change Management policies.

• Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and internal audits.

Travel:

This position is based in Concord, NC, with occasional travel to Little Rock, AR. While there are additional operations in Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia, travel to these locations is unlikely but possible.

Qualifications:Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of technical NetSuite experience

• 3+ years of SuiteScript development

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent documentation abilities

Health, Dental and Vision offered

$80k-$110k

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
