Position : Mortgage Loan Officer - Home Equity

Location : Chandler, AZ (Call Center)

Position Summary : We are seeking experienced and motivated Loan Officers to join our dynamic call center team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in originating second lien mortgages and HELOCs, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of success in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Originate second lien mortgages and HELOCs, as well as first mortgages when necessary.
• Manage leads provided through our CRM and auto-dialing system.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine appropriate loan products.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly production targets.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in mortgage origination, with a focus on second mortgages and HELOCs.
• Active NMLS license with preferred licensing in California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Texas, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Illinois, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Idaho.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, including Non-QM and agency loan products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
