For more than a decade, Ironwall by Incogni has been a leader in online privacy protection services, specializing in removing personal information for government organizations and businesses. We are searching for a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, and management of a range of online & offline communication strategies that drive brand consistency and business growth. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, creative and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Branded Material Development : Collaborate closely with content and design teams to create high-quality marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, advertisements, brochures, trade show booth assets, and more, to support campaigns, events, client onboarding, and sales outreach.
• Print Advertising and Sponsorships: Assist with coordinating print advertising and sponsorship campaigns by managing material creation, tracking deadlines, and reporting results.
• Brand Management: Act as brand guardian, ensuring all materials align with established brand guidelines and reinforce our visual and messaging standards.
• Vendor Coordination: Partner with external agencies, printers, and other vendors to produce materials for print campaigns, events, and client support.
• Event Support: Travel to trade shows and other marketing events as needed.
• Internal Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all communications.
• Additional Support: Assist with other marketing tasks and special projects as needed.

Additional Requirements

This role involves collaborating with global team members across varying time zones, which may require early morning meetings (such as 7:00 AM PT). Some travel for events may include weekend availability depending on the schedule.

Ideal Candidate Qualities

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and embodies the following qualities:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on branding and collateral creation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with design and content teams to produce impactful, high-quality materials.
• Exceptional organizational skills with experience using project management platforms like Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B industries with B2G experience being a plus.
• Proven success in supporting lead generation campaigns.
• Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite
• Ability to analyze and optimize marketing collateral for performance improvements.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in advertising, sponsorships, and event marketing.
