Title: Maintenance Supervisor II (Structures) - Job ID 1395 (REPOST 2/28/2025) First Date of Posting: 2/28/2025 Last Date of Filing: 3/14/2025 Authority: TA Department: Subways Division/Unit: Infrastructure Division Reports to: Superintendent Work Location: Various Hours of Work: Various Eligibility: This position is only open to NYC Transit Maintenance Supervisors I and II (Structure Divisions). Responsibilities: Supervises a group of subordinate supervisors performing Infrastructure supervisory work. Plans and supervises various MOW Projects and makes timely, sound decisions. Effectively coordinates, delegates, communicates, and provides field support during emergencies. Provides guidance to Maintenance Supervisors on written reports, training, discipline, counseling, and overall enforcement of all rules, regulations, and policy instructions and departmental procedures. Conducts investigations and prepares reports using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and other sources of information. Responsible for budget resource allocation and material procurement. Performs inspections of capital and operating work as needed. Compensation: Maintenance Supervisor (Structures) II Salary Range:

  1. st Step – Entrance: $110,381
  2. nd Year: $111,951
  3. rd Year: $115,888
Education and Experience: Five years of full-time satisfactory experience with a major railroad or transit authority; at least one year of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity.
