Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Connect with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Communication: Conduct outreach to potential clients and handle inbound calls, delivering necessary information and assistance.
Policy Development: Create customized insurance plans that meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring optimal coverage.
Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to choose our services by demonstrating the value and benefits of our insurance options.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and innovative insurance solutions.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold an active North Carolina Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Orientation: Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client needs.
