Job Description

The Marketing Department is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our fast-paced production team. This individual should have a deep knowledge of CSS and HTML, familiarity in JavaScript, and have a synergetic and creative attitude. The CSS/HTML Specialist will be responsible for creating high end, web-based promotional materials for our marketing department. Other responsibilities include building/designing microsites for monthly webinars, implementing responsive design principles, and carrying out marketing testing requests. The ideal candidate be results-driven and able to pivot to new projects easily with a strong attention for detail. • Creating HTML assets for all active marketing campaigns.
• Working directly with designers and copy on the creation of secondary marketing pages and supplemental web materials.
• Setting up and overseeing A/B testing for our marketing materials.
• Reviewing user interaction with web and marketing materials and suggesting improvements or new opportunities.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in frontend HTML production.
• Excellent skills with HTML, CSS.
• Ability to transform design mock-ups into functional pages.
• Strong familiarity with the principles of responsive design.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, dig deep into the details, and be able to communicate in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and a fast learner.
• Must be interested in keeping up-to-date on the latest frontend web trends and technologies.
• Self-motivated and ambitious.

Preferred:

• A solid grounding in JavaScript.
• Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Previous experience with HTML email production a plus.
