A highly respected and versatile helicopter operator in California is seeking a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join their elite team. In this role, your expertise will directly support critical, high-visibility operations across California.

The Key Responsibilities of the Lead Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor will be:

• Lead daily task meetings and prioritize maintenance work
• Collaborate with the Director of Maintenance on assignments
• Ensure personnel have the proper training and documentation
• Oversee maintenance productivity and ensure safety and quality standards
• Provide technical direction and support for technicians
• Supervise ongoing work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals and service bulletins
• Manage material availability and reordering
• Assist with aircraft movement and support new employees
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance work
• Maintain proper handling of parts throughout the process

The Ideal Lead Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor will have the below skills and experience:

• Current, valid A&P License with verifiable experience
• High attention to detail and thrives in a team environment
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced maintenance environment
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs. and work in various environmental conditions
• Must have basic hand tools required for aircraft maintenance

Benefits:

Compensation: $100,00 - $125,000 (Paid Hourly) , excellent additional benefits + Sign-on bonus

Flexible Schedule: 4/10, 7-on/7-off, or 14-on/14-off
