Job Overview: As a Licensed Laser Technician at Amerejuve Medspa, you will be responsible for providing high-quality laser and light-based treatments to our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their cosmetic needs and provide professional, safe, and effective treatments in a state-of-the-art medspa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Laser Treatments: Administer a variety of laser and light-based treatments including, but not limited to, hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation reduction, and vascular treatments.
• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
• Treatment Preparation: Prepare clients for treatment by explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards. Ensure proper use and maintenance of laser equipment.
• Post-Treatment Care: Provide aftercare instructions and follow-up to monitor client progress, address any post-treatment issues, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Documentation: Accurately document client treatments, progress, and any relevant observations in client records. Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on laser equipment. Report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Education and Training: Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive, professional experience for clients. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Must hold a valid laser technician license in the state of Georgia.
• Experience: Proven experience in performing laser treatments in a clinical or medspa setting is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating various types of laser equipment and understanding of different laser technologies and their applications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures in an understandable manner.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols to ensure client safety and treatment effectiveness.
