We are seeking a  Junior CAD Designer / 3D Renderer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating 3D renderings, technical drawings, and layouts using CAD software. This role is perfect for someone with beginner to intermediate skills who is eager to grow their expertise in design and drafting. The position will be  on-site daily , with additional responsibilities that support the business, including light project coordinator responsibilities, answering phones at the showroom, and assisting with occasional material deliveries to job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D renderings and  technical drawings based on project specifications.
• Interpret and develop  layouts for various projects.
• Modify and update designs as needed based on feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and project files.
• Provide general support at the showroom, including answering phone calls, assisting visitors, and assisting owners with day to day operations. 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in  CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Ability to  interpret and create layouts and technical drawings .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Some experience with 3D rendering software is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and improve design skills.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in CAD drafting and 3D rendering (or relevant coursework/training).
• Background in  architecture, engineering, manufacturing, or design is a plus.
