Job Summary:

The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the Inventory accuracy for Nimbl Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular cycle counts to determine inventory accuracy.
• Analyze variances and create processes to make counts accurate.
• Ensure correct processes are being followed with the handling of Inventory by working with department managers.
• Ensure that inventories are constantly up to standards
• Ensure proper management of aging and excess stocks
• Oversee the constant flow of stocks in and out of the facility following the FIFO and or FEFO process.
• Respond to complaints and queries concerning inventories and products
• Prepare and submit inventory control reports to the Management Team
• Manage a team of inventory counters
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field a plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
