Tampa based tech company seeks In House Corporate Counsel to join their dynamic, growing legal team. This legal department is filled with bright, hard-working lawyers who have created a very enjoyable working culture.

Requirements:

• Providing legal advisement and support on a broad array of issues
• 1+ years of corporate experience at a reputable law firm or in house
• A solid understanding of corporate business law and labor & employment matters
• The ability to resolve problems quickly and objectively using sound business judgment
• Proven ability to work in a team oriented, flexible environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• JD from top law school
• Membership in state bar association
• Strong ties to the Tampa Bay area, Tampa local preferred
• Must be interested in enjoying your work, loving your job and having some fun!
