Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
A bit about us: The Senior Financial Analyst role provides an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to and experience in two key niche equipment businesses at this organization that are both poised for growth potential. This Senior Analyst will fill a broad-based role reporting directly to the Integrated Equipment Controller, and responsibilities will include cost and profitability analysis, acquisition valuation, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) integration, financial planning and reporting, ad hoc analysis, and strategic decision making. This Senior Financial Analyst role involves frequent interaction and coordination with various business partners & stakeholders across finance and non-finance functions including leading and contributing to multiple improvement projects.
This is a hybrid role working at an amazing office which includes: a cafeteria, café, fitness center, dry cleaners, ergonomic desk and chairs, pantries with Keurig’s on every level with free coffee/lattes/expressos/tea, outdoor trail!

Job Details PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Partner with business leaders to enable topline growth and margin expansion through financial analysis and practical counsel
- Act as a financial adviser to the leadership team to align business decisions which enable performance to quarterly financial commitments
- Drive the detailed development of the annual operating plan and financial forecasts
- Perform variance analysis interpreting the impact of results against monthly, quarterly and yearly plan/forecast
- Present monthly financial results to business leadership
- Develop new and enhance existing processes used in financial modeling
- Partner with business leaders on plant expansions and potential M&A opportunities through financial analysis and modeling
- Perform ad-hoc analysis based upon changing business needs
- Provide training aimed at improving financial acumen within the business
- Hybrid schedule available with 3 days onsite at our HQ in Allentown, PA & 2 days remote
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- MBA (or equivalent master’s degree) with a finance or accounting concentration
- 5-10 years of financial analysis experience
EXPERIENCE VALUED
- Finance/accounting experience supporting a manufacturing business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner
- Independent, self-starter, with a strong work ethic, high degree of motivation and the ability to contribute to a positive team attitude
- Strong bias for action; results oriented with an ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-starter who is adept to prioritizing work and coordinating tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and adapt to changing work environment and requirements with a sense of urgency
- Process-improvement driven individual who proactively questions current practices and can identify root cause and corrective actions
- Teamwork oriented and able to effectively interact cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
- Ability to consistently deliver on time and with highest levels of quality
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP
