What You Will Be Doing\n
\n - Arrives to work on time, ready to work, neat, and well-groomed,
\n - Learns the names and personally recognizes regular guests
\n - Demonstrates a working knowledge of the Steps of Service
\n - Takes food and beverage orders from guests and enters orders in point-of- sale system
\n - Informs guests of specials and menu changes
\n - Makes recommendations to guests
\n - Responsibly serves alcohol to guests
\n - Maintains dining room appearance and cleanliness
\n - Delivers food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter
\n - Maintains outstanding knowledge of the core menu, drink menu and LTO
\n - menu and is able to answer guests’ questions on the items
\n - Monitors and observes guests’ dining experience. Ensures guests are
\n - satisfied with the food and service. Responds promptly and courteously to any requests
\n - Takes payment from guest using any applicable gift card, rewards card, discount or coupon
\n - Informs management if a guest is unhappy and performs actions necessary to recover an unhappy guest
\n - Performs side work at the beginning and end of each shift as required
\n - Is ready and willing to assist fellow servers with clearing and resetting tables
\n
\nHow You Will Do It\n
\n - Knowledgeable about menu and wine selections and is able to describe them to guests
\n - Ability to project a professional appearance at all times
\n - Ability to have a professional, courteous, and friendly attitude towards guests and co-workers
\n - Knowledgeable in the cleanliness, correct use, and maintenance of all equipment and work areas
\n - Knowledgeable in hotel property and park venues and hours of operation
\n - High School diploma or equivalent.

\nWhat You Will Need\n
\n - Must be at least 18 years old.
\n - Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area
\n - Has basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
\n - Must be able to stand, or walk for extended periods of time
\n - For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
\n - Previous food service experience preferred
\n - Ability to actively communicate with large groups of Guests and other co-workers within the stand
\n - Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelines
\n - Must be a friendly and outgoing team player.
