3CON Corporation is looking for a motivated individual to fill our HR Specialist / Executive Assistant role. This individual will be successful in a spectrum of job duties that include planning, coordinating, and directing the HR & administrative functions of 3CON.

Maintain HR systems and processes including:

• The full employment lifecycle including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Manage employee health benefits with company’s insurance broker.
• Assist company’s attorney in employee visa & legal documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee files.
• Analyze trends in compensation, benefits, and employee statistics.
• Impartially investigate employee concerns and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Additional duties include:

• Act as the receptionist including greet guests, direct calls, and additional executive functions.
• Book travel for employees including hotels, rental cars, and airfare.
• Maintain and organize corporate travel accounts and pricing with vendors.
• Track the maintenance and use of company vehicles.
• Any additional duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in human resource and/or administration functions or in related fields.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ADP WorkForce Now.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
